Dobrovolʹcheskai͡a armii͡a) as well as of American, British, French, German, and Italian military efforts. The diary ends with Whitehouse's marriage to the Georgian princess, Tamara Bagration Mukhrani, in Tiflis, Georgia, and their return to his home in Paris, France.
