Diary contains lists of employees working in various areas of the mill along with their occupation, wages, and remarks by Devoe.  Includes production figures, costs for materials and supplies, addresses of suppliers with notations on the quality of their products, results of dye tests, swatches of test cloth, instructions on mixing raw materials, and an accident report from 1903.  Also includes notes on the assets of other mills and a draft letter (1905 January 27) written by Devoe to a prospective employer
