Also includes letters from Nathanael Greene, quartermaster general, concerning business of the department and the disposition of the army.  Correspondents include Clement Biddle, James Calhoun, Henry Hollingsworth, Robert L. Hooper, John Mitchell, John Oakley, Robert Patten, Charles Pettit, and Adam Zansinger.</abstract>
