Also documents his service as an intelligence officer with the U.S. Office of Strategic Services during World War II, a special assistant with the Allied Forces Supreme Headquarters, and a foreign intelligence analyst with the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency.  Includes drafts of his book People under Hitler (1942), biographical sketches of Deuel's contemporaries, and a file on Dean Acheson.
