ALS (1787 March 3) from Sullivan, as president of New Hampshire, to the governor of Connecticut (Samuel Huntington) informing him of delegates appointed for a congress to be held in Philadelphia, and photocopy of a warrant (1779 July 1) issued by Sullivan, as commander of the western division of the Continental Army, for the execution of Michael Rosebury for desertion and enticing other soldiers to desert.
