Subjects include labor relations, political campaigns including Davis's senatorial campaign in 1931, unemployment, and social security.  Also documents the 1931 investigation of Davis by the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Senatorial Campaign Expenditures headed by Gerald P. Nye and the 1932 Loyal Order of Moose lottery trial, United States v. Davis.  Includes a draft of Davis's unpublished manuscript titled, The History of Strikes.  Correspondents include Rhys J.
