Includes material on the allegations that Zalman M. Shapiro, president of the Nuclear Materials and Equipment Corp., provided Israeli associates with nuclear secrets and enriched uranium in the 1960s. Also included are Loeb's correspondence and interviews with McGeorge Bundy, W. Averell Harriman, and Theodore C. Sorenson.
