Speech of Mr. Lincoln, of Massachusetts:
delivered in the House of Representatives of the United States, Feb. 7, 1837, on the resolution to censure the Hon. John Q. Adams, for inquiring of the Speaker, whether a paper, purporting to come from slaves, came within the resolution laying on the table all petitions relating to slavery.
