Bureau of Navigation, U.S. Navy Dept. Bureau of Ordnance, and other Navy Dept. offices. Subjects include the development and application of aviation to naval forces, flight science and procedures, balloons, dirigibles, helicopters, parachutes, ordnance, and ship construction.
