LC copy imperfect: A1 (t.p.) wanting and replaced by typescript; B8 bound in before A2. Two conjunct leaves, one marked "A6" appear to have been taken from a copy of STC (2nd ed.) 21649a.5 (1606), and are bound in between A4 and A5. Leaf B1 differs from the Scholars' Facsimiles & Reprints (1965) reprint; B1 recto is blank, except for the signature mark; B1 verso's heading reads: A catalogue of the order of the bookes in this volume.
