Minutes of the convention of the Delaware state : at the second session thereof which commenced at Dover, on Tuesday the twenty-ninth day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-two, for the purpose of reviewing, altering and amending the Constitution of this state, or if they see occasion, for forming a new one instead thereof.
