Also documented are his years at the Rochester Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (N.Y.) and the Western Behavioral Sciences Institute, La Jolla, Calif., and his academic career at the University of Chicago and the University of Wisconsin--Madison. Correspondents include his children, medical educator David E. Rogers and pyschologist Natalie Rogers, and his biographer, Howard Kirschenbaum.
