Includes reading copy of Woodrow Wilson's Fourteen Points message to Congress and other papers pertaining to Wilson; papers relating to the foreign trade policies of the first two presidential administrations of Franklin D. Roosevelt; materials concerning World War II in the Pacific Area, especially the Philippines; and memoranda of conversation and correspondence with Japanese diplomats. Subjects relating to the Philippines include defense preparations, internees and prisoners of war, conditions on Corregidor Island, Philippine independence, Manuel Luis Quezon, and collaborators.
